Sementara di bagian software, Galaxy A52s 5G menjalankan sistem operasi Android 11 dilapisi antarmuka One UI 3.1. Sama seperti saudara kandungnya, Galaxy A52s 5G juga sudah dilengkapi dengan fitur ketahanan air (water resistant) dan debu (dust resistant) bersertifikasi IP67.
